Finding an ancestor's real estates located in South Korea |
Korea Institute of National Property (KINP), a duly established organization by the approval of the Ministry of Planning and Finace of the Korea government along with a legal entity BNB are starting creative services for "finding an ancestor's real estates located in Korea in order to further intensify their social contribution works towards Korean nationals inland and overseas.

◯ Article 11 of the Operational Manual of National Space Information Center (Application for the use of intellectual computer materials)
■ Qualifications
◯ the person himself or if deceased the legal successor of the real properties located in Korea
◯ if the ancestor, the legal heir died before Dec.31, 1959: the successor who
succeeds the legal heir
◯ if the ancestor died before Jan. 1, 1960 : ancestor's spouce and children
■ Necessary Documents
◯ the person himself : ID (Citizen Registration Card, Driving License, Passport, Registration Cards of Disabled)
◯ the heir
- Died before 2008 : Original Family Registration Sheet
- Died after 2008 : Family Registration Certificate, Basic Certificate,
ID of the heir
◯ Power of attorney
- all documents above mentioned
- POA : Copies of IDs of the mandator and authorized
- A person under age of 19 (by the Civil Law) : Family registration certificate

ㅇ Feedback and maintenance of records
