- One stop services for the real property in South Korea -
 
(1) Preservation, keeping the market value, promoting fair trade,
    recommendation for the real property located in South Korea
(2) Request for various compensations subsequent preservation,
    development, rent and lease, public auction, expropriate (eminent domain).
(3) Conservation of legal right, counter legal measures, tax matters,
    maintenance of cadastral map of the relevant real property.
(4) Periodical monitoring on the registration status and other

    * It's reported that about 30% of the land (eminent domain), not compensated,

      national    property owned by the government.

    actual cases and implementation on the proposed seeking activity.

       -  seeking financing methods form inland and overseas financing companies
(11) Analysing indiviual cases and publishing a book and distribution
(12) Publishing a guidebook on the investment in the domestic market
      (English and Korean version).
(13) Maintenance of Homepage to increase interactions with Overseas Korean nationals and
      check the progress and provide market information( Operating a separate contact
       window in the Homepage of Institute of Korea National Property
(14) Providing services for the issuance of entry visa to Korea for the purpose of facilitating
     the real estate matters.
(15) Consulting services for the above mentioned matters and other related areas
(16) Executing the field education, seminar if requested by Overseas Korean nationals or
       other related organizations
