Title: A study on the survey on Management Practices of State-owned Property To improve efficiency - National proposals for Job creation in small and micro enterprises and An increase in the national fiscal revenue -

Abstract: This study has analysed the several factors of significant nature of overall survey on the national property widely spread over the nation and proposed several points to be reviewed for the further development of overall survey activities.Under the circumstance where the paradigm and policies on the national property has been rapidly changing, it is worth noting that national property takes a lion share of the national wealth and it should be utilized efficiently for the enhancement of wealth of the people.Quite recently, multiple of young part-time workers are participating in the overall survey work on the national property, which might bring them rather a limited job finding opportunities on the more specified and advanced areas and also this would negatively impact on the efficient use of the human resources from the macro economic view point.In this analysis we have introduced active utilization and mobilization of the existing man-power group of administer of public affairs who are well qualified and accumulated knowledge in the public work in the survey activities of national property. This will bring the formidable favorable effects on the enhancement of general sentiments of the people toward the national property and also having the reliable result of the survey.If the above method will be adopted and safely formed in the survey activities , this will be a cost-effective way and also increase Job-creation effect constantly and will save considerable amount of the national budget expended in a yearly basis.
