in your country to increase Investment activity
Your Excellency;
I take liberty of writing to you concerning the Korean national's overseas investment in the real property sector. I am the President of Korea Institute National Property(KINP), established under the authorization of Ministry of Planning and Finance of Korean Government. Main activity of the Institute is to persue the market friend policies and researches on the nationally owned property, and also to provide essential overseas investment information in the real estate sectors. It is worth noting that Amid Covid-19 pandemic situation Korean prospective investors have keen interest in the various overseas real property due to the abundant money flows in the domestic market and also there exist many offenders related to false/illegal/fraud/misleading overseas investment, which also might in turn connected with the unnecessary conflicts between countries. Quite recently, we have published the guidebook on the overseas investment detailing the procedures and sound investment.
In this regard, I would be highly appreciated that you would recommend
my counter-parties (a government agency, or similar institutions, or any other institutes who are deeply engaged in the research /liaison /promotion work of overseas or foreign capital investment in the real estate property in your country) who can reliable and provide/exchange the relevant information. Based on your recommendation, we will explore the exchange of the MOUs, send a delegation, and also held a Seminar with our counter-parties either in Seoul or in the City of your country when the circumstance permits.
